『2013고단6-1』 피고인 A, B, C, D는 P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y 등과 함께, 2012. 12. 11. 22:30경부터 다음날 00:35경까지 김천시 Z에 있는 조립식 건물에서 바닥에 모포(깔판)를 깔고 중간에 흰색 테이프를 부쳐 Ｏ, Ｘ를 표시한 다음 화투 51장을 사용하여 3장씩 두 패로 나눈 뒤 각자 원하는 패에 수 만원의 판돈을 걸어 3장을 더한 끗수를 겨누어 높은 쪽이 이기는 방법으로 수회에 걸쳐 속칭 ‘아도사끼’ 도박을 하였다.
