Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant driven a B 10-meter vehicle at the Ganyang-gu Mayang-dong 23, and Mamomo-gu 23 at the Ganyang-si 0.139% under the influence of alcohol at around 23:26 on July 20, 2013.

2. On June 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on June 18, 2008. A person who operated a vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.139% on July 20, 2013 and has violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
