Punishment of the crime

around 22:00 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant driven a wing truck with B while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 40km alcohol concentration of about 0.075% from the front of the “comprehensive distribution” road located in Seosan-si, Seocheon-gu, Daejeon to the front of the “s wallsan Fra” road located in Seocheon-gu, Daejeon.
