Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2013, at around 07:41, the Defendant went into the second floor above the ground of the second floor located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went into the said building without the consent of the victim C, who is the owner of the building living therein, and went into the said building, and then put the face into the first floor below the said building, and thereby harming the peace of the building by intrudeing the victim’s residence into the victim’s residence for about 15 minutes in front of the other house living in the underground floor, such as inserting the face into the front door, which was living in the first floor below the said building.
