Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2012, around 19:30 on October 25, 2012, the Defendant entered the door through the gate of the building located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City B, and stolen the image of the victim C residing in 103 through the window of the bath room, thereby impairing the peace of the residence of the victim.
