Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of producing raw materials or its products using recyclable plastics, and the defendant A is the representative director of the above corporation B.

1. Defendant A

(a) Any person who violates the Wastes Control Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities from June 30, 2013 to January 10, 2014, operated a waste treatment business, such as processing flasks, an intermediate processing waste, into pelpellets, from the said business establishment located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, by using two compressed facilities.

(b) Any person who intends to install wastewater discharge facilities in violation of the Water Quality and Ecosystem Conservation Act shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment or make a report to the Minister of Environment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, installed a direct cooling tank (the maximum volume of waste per day 0.28 cubic meters) which is the date and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and operated using it.

(c) Any person who intends to install noise and vibration emission facilities in violation of the Noise and Vibration Control Act shall report thereon;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, installed two types of a plastic flag (power of 50 E) which is noise and vibration emission facilities at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

2. The above Gap, the representative of the defendant B, committed each violation as described in paragraph 1 in relation to the defendant's business at the time and place described in paragraph 1 (a).
