Punishment of the crime

2015 Highest 86
1. On October 12, 2012, from around 09:30 to 13:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the victim D in the Si of Siljin-si from around 09:30 on October 12, 2012; (b) went into the house by shouldering the glass door; and (c) cut off with three gold Bans equivalent to the total market value of the victim’s ownership in the inner region of the inner region.
2. On February 15, 2013, from around 12:00 to 13:00 of the same day, the Defendant opened a window at the victim F’s house located in Asia-si and entered the house, and cut off the house with 18K Muban-land 18K, which is the victim’s own market price in the living room and the inside of the inside and outside of the kitchen, with 5 points, etc.
