On September 8, 2013, at around 03:45, the Defendant received 112 report that he used “C”, the main owner of “C,” located in front of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and was solicited to return home from four police officers, such as the Nowon Police Station E Zone Assistant F, a police officer called to the site, and taken the face of police officer F with his cell phone.
