A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2014, at around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) arrived at the end point of “interest transport” located in Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Nowon-gu, at around 06:15 on the same day on the bus from the Dongdaemun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to “Sungdong Market”; (b) upon receiving a 112 report that the Defendant did not comply with the request of the Defendant, “C”, an engineer of the bus, “on the bus, to calculate the rent and stop the bus.” (c) At around 06:15 on November 5, 2014, the Defendant continued to take back the Defendant, who again was sent to the site, with the slope, E, and E, of the Seoul Nowon-gu Police Station, who was sent to the scene, and the said police officer, E, and F, who expressed the desire to “Isk, sing,” with the right slope, faces face of E, assaulting the Defendant’s face, and continued to take it back by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reported duties.
