A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with B knife in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On January 19, 2016, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.154% during blood transfusion, the Defendant was driving the said maid while driving on the said maid line, and continued two-lanes of the two-lanes in the vicinity of Enju City C toward the monthly intersection from the intersection of traffic.
