A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s resident registration certificates and the degree of seal impression owned by the victim on his/her book, at the residence of the victim C, who was a pro-friendly apartment B at Sejong-si, 101-1002.

2. Forging a private document;

A. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant without authority, for the purpose of exercising at the E Eup office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, the Defendant stated “F” in the letter of delegation of the power to issue a certificate of seal imprint, and “B 101-1002 in the State column,” and affixed C’s seal imprint affixed to C’s name next to C’s name.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation to issue a certificate of personal seal impression in C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On April 13, 2015, the Defendant, without authority, stated “A in the territory of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, with a view to exercising at the office of H H H H Fitt,” “In the principal column of the Credit Transaction Agreement,” No. 101 and No. 1002, “In the State column,” “In the amount of credit and column,” “In the amount of credit and column,” “In the amount of credit and column,” and affixed a seal impression of “A” which was stolen under the name of the C, and then affixed a seal impression of “A” which was stolen under the foregoing paragraph (1) on the name of the C.

As a result, the Defendant forged a letter of credit transaction in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and forged a written application for electronic financial services in the name of C and a written transfer security agreement in the same manner.

3. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. At the same time and place as the above paragraph 2-A, the Defendant: (a) delivered to I the staff of the Eup/Myeon office who is aware of the forgery a letter of delegation for the issuance of forged seal imprint certificate as if it were a document duly formed.

B. At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2-B of the above provision, the Defendant is authentic to conclude a forged C’s credit transaction agreement, an electronic financial service application, and a transfer security agreement, as above, with the J of well-known Savings Bank in knowledge of the forgery.
