Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2015, around 04:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s d (year 47) who was waiting for a taxi to drink and return alcohol in the said restaurant, in accordance with the victim’s D (year 47) prior to the instant restaurant located in the Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu, 2015.
