Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving of EXE car.

1. On October 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.111% from the 1km section from the front side of the teart pharmacy located in Daegu Jung-gu to the front road of the same Gu, around 07:32, 2014.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.11% at a temporary border, driving the said vehicle along the four-lane road in front of Daegu Jung-gu C from the direction of half-month distance; (b) entered the string distance from the direction of half-month distance; (c) the steering gear and brakes are cut off to the broom, without accurately operating the steering gear and brakes; and (d) the victim’s Esp motor vehicle in front of the traffic of the traffic d (29 years old), which has obstructed the median line while driving the traffic at a two-lane flow along the center line, led the victim’s string of the traffic d (29 years old) vehicle to the right side part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle; and (c) followed the string part of the string of the string vehicle by following the string of the string vehicle into the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle.
