Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. Around December 2006, the Defendant: (i) prepared a plan to revitalize the Defendant’s brand call taxi; and (ii) the Plaintiff’s business entity designation; and (iii) prepared a “plan to revitalize brand taxi and call taxi by converting the call center into the method of directly subsidizing subsidies to promote call taxi functions; and (iv) inducing the largeization and sophistication of call centers.”
