Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell agricultural and fishery products or processed products labeled the country of origin disguised, sell such products mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or processed products, or store or display such products for sale.

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold 16.6 km to 200,000 won under the name of “E” located in the Busan Shodong-gu on January 8, 2014 and January 20, 2014, and sold the country of origin disguisedly through the disguised sale of the instant meat sales store in the Busan Shodong-gu B.
