Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:10 on January 23, 2014, the Defendants heard that they should not smoke in the restaurant from the wife of the victim who observed the smoking area of the Defendant A. Defendant A: (a) Defendant A was able to talk with the victim’s wife at the restaurant operated by the victim D in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) Defendant B was unable to enter the restaurant by threatening the victim, i.e., getting the victim from the entrance of the restaurant and getting him to the outside of the restaurant and getting him to enter the restaurant.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's restaurant operation by force.
