Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2016, the Defendant was in the dwelling of the Defendant at Daegu-gu B lending 202, Seogu, Daegu-gu, 2016, and was in common knowledge.

On March 7, 2016, the Court issued a request to sell two parts of LG smartphones (the model name: LG-LU6800, serial number: D) that stolen and acquired from C (the non-detained trial on March 7, 2016) and kept the relevant smartphones after being dried with knowledge of the fact that they are stolen.
