1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 31,900,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from December 29, 2012 to September 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no pleadings based on each ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015 to October 15 is 15% per annum pursuant to the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit, and the part of the claim that exceeds such scope is written, respectively.
