1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 45,310,30 and 11% per annum from April 15, 2015 to August 30, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015 to October 15 is 15% per annum pursuant to the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit, and the part of the claim that exceeds the scope is written.
