1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A served as the president of the D Corporation from September 23, 2013 to November 14, 2016, while representing the said Corporation and exercising overall control over the said work. Defendant B, from November 10, 2008 to November 14, 2016, was working as the head of the said Corporation Planning and Management Headquarters, taking overall charge of all administrative affairs including the personnel affairs of the said Corporation, and Defendant B thereafter served as the president of the said Corporation from November 15, 2016 to April 2018.

C From June 1, 201 to May 15, 2014, C served as the head of the management support team in the foregoing construction project. From May 16, 2014 to June 30, 2017, the “management support team” was changed into the “management support room” due to the reorganization of the department name in 2014.
The chief of the office has been in charge of personnel affairs in the above construction work.
1. On November 20, 2013, Defendant C’s interference with the business of Defendant C (F employment related), the Corporation decided to open competitive recruitment of two clerical professionals, who will work at the head office by step-by-level evaluation of documents screening and interview screening after the public announcement of recruitment in accordance with the Personnel Regulations and the Employment Plan for Youth Together in the latter part of 2013.
The above youth employment plan included 80% of the measurement evaluation [school records (20%), major field (20%), language (20%), qualification (20%) and 20% of the self-insigning document screening standards and the head of the department in charge of the distribution of documents as interview members for the fair recruitment of the above youth, and included 80% of the document screening standards.

C, on November 2013, 2013, was in E in the Government of Haman.
D. B was directly superior in the office of the head of the Public Works Planning and Management Headquarters, but Defendant B was not prosecuted as an accomplice for the above crime.
