Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who served as the president of U in Sungnam-si T from Jun. 1, 2015 to Sept. 18, 2017; Defendant C is a person who served as the head of U headquarters management support office from Mar. 2015 to Dec. 2, 2015; Defendant B is a person who served as the head of WW headquarters from Jan. 2014 to Feb. 2016; Defendant C is a person who currently worked as the representative director of X-gu headquarters management support team; and Defendant D is a person who is a representative director of V, such as personnel inspection, etc.
1. The Defendants’ joint crimes (new human resources employed in the second half of the year 2015) agreed to employ three new human resources according to the “Plan for Employment of New Human Resources” in the second half of the year 2015. Accordingly, the Defendant A, who takes overall charge of the new employment as the president, ordered Defendant C, Defendant B, etc. to take charge of the employment of new human resources, such as the formulation of the said plan and the implementation of employment procedures, and V decided to act on behalf of the said new personnel.
U publicly announced the recruitment of the total number of three persons around September 4, 2015 in accordance with the above plan, and the receipt of applications and the screening of documents from around September 4, 2015 to September 23, 2015, and on October 2, 2015, the human nature test consisting of the personality test, the job ability test, and the job adaptability test scores consisting of the personality test, the average score of the job aptitude test and the job aptitude test scores, the interview on October 8, 2015, and the final interview on October 15, 2015 to employ new human resources.
According to the aforementioned new human resources recruitment plan, the first interview is selected among the 60 or more persons with a total of 30 persons who have passed the document screening and a total of 568 persons who have passed the written screening and a personal nature test, and the first interview is selected in order of the highest score among the 60 or more persons with a total of 70 or more points and a total of 30 persons who have passed the document screening and the 61 or more points for the job ability test.
