Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on January 15, 2015 at the Daegu District Court for a period of four months for fraud, and the same year.

[2] Defendant A’s audit of the Victim G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) located in Gyeonggi-gu F, and Defendant B, as the internal director of the Victim Co., Ltd., the victim Co., Ltd., and Defendant B, the Defendants are engaged in the business of withdrawing and executing funds while managing the deposit account of the victim company

On December 29, 2015, the Defendants purchased J 106 Dong 401, and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of the victim company on the same day after purchasing J 106 Dong 401, which is located in Gyeonggi-gu I and two parcels, and on the same day, borrowed KRW 50 million from K as the victim company, and borrowed KRW 50 million from K as the right holder of the right to collateral security, and borrowed KRW 50 million as to the above building on the same day.

On December 29, 2015, the Defendants received a total of KRW 100 million from the foregoing borrowed money to the account in the name of M Bank (Account Number N), the representative director of the victim company, and used the money for personal use for the victim company. From around that time to January 4, 2016, the Defendants used KRW 74,100,000 in total by withdrawing KRW 300,000 from the day of the same day in cash from the day of the Gyeonggi-gu Group of Gyeonggi-gu and Seowon-gun, etc. to use it as gambling money or personal debt repayment, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and embezzled the property of the victim company.
