However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A was sentenced to three months of imprisonment on May 17, 2017 with prison labor for a violation of the Farmland Act, etc. in the Credit Support of Suwon Friwon, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2017. On June 17, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment with prison labor for murder, etc. by the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 28, 2017.
