1. The judgment of the first instance, including the primary claim added by this court and the amended conjunctive claim, is followed.

1. Basic facts

A. H and I, married on February 29, 1952, followed by Defendant F (C), Plaintiff A (V), Plaintiff B, Defendant G (V), Plaintiff C (3 women), Plaintiff D (4 women), and Plaintiff E (5 women).

B. On March 25, 2005, H entered the registration of ownership transfer as to the real estate stated in [Attachment 1 List 1] 2, 3, 4, and 6, which is owned by H, on August 4, 2003, on the ground of sale on April 11, 2005, on the real estate listed in [Attachment 1 List 1] 7, 8, and 9, which is owned by H, on October 25, 2005, on each of the real estate listed in [Attachment 1] 2, 3, 4, and 6, which is owned by H, on August 5, 200, on the ground of sale on April 11, 2005, on each of the real estate owned by H, on each of the following reasons: (a) the registration of ownership transfer was made on October 25, 2003 through 3, 197, on each of the real estate owned by H. 1).

3) On behalf of the Defendants on January 31, 2007, the Plaintiff B issued a provisional injunction against the Defendants on the ground that the gift or the sales contract was revoked (hereinafter “instant provisional injunction”) with respect to each of the real estate listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 through 19 by Daejeon District Court Branch Branch Office 2007Kahap9.

(C) On February 14, 2007, upon the above application, the above court rendered the provisional disposition of this case where the right to claim the cancellation of ownership transfer registration due to the cancellation of the gift contract was a preserved right with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 19 of the separate sheet No. 1. However, with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 to 9 of the provisional disposition of this case, the application for cancellation was made on March 5, 2007, and the provisional disposition registration was cancelled on March 7, 2007.
