Section 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 18 of the attached Table 1 list between Defendant B and Defendant Intervenor F Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. The F Co., Ltd., a supplementary intervenor to the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) acquired ownership on July 22, 2005 with respect to each real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 through 18, and on the same day, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 10, 2005 on the same day.

B. G completed registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration made in the Plaintiff’s future on April 18, 2014 by subrogation of the Intervenor on the ground of a final and conclusive judgment on June 12, 2008 regarding the real estate listed in Annex 1 List No. 17.

H and G completed the registration of cancellation of ownership transfer registration made in the Plaintiff on April 23, 2014, in lieu of the Intervenor on October 9, 2008, on each real estate listed in attached Tables 1 through 16 and 18, based on the final judgment on October 9, 2008.

C. On April 8, 2014, on the real estate listed in attached Table 1 List No. 17, the ownership transfer registration was completed in Defendant C with the Incheon District Court Seocheon Registry No. 36884 on April 18, 2014 on the ground of payment in kind as of April 8, 2014.

The registration of ownership transfer was completed in Defendant C on May 1, 2014 on the ground of payment in kind as of April 8, 2014 with respect to each of the real estate listed in attached Tables 1, 2, 3, 14, 15, and 16 on the list Nos. 1, 2, 3, 14, 15, and 16.

On April 30, 2014, the Incheon District Court's receipt of the Seocheon Registry on April 30, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was made in Defendant D on April 30, 2014 with respect to each real estate listed in the attached list 8, 9, and 10.

E. On May 1, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in Defendant E on the ground of payment in kind as of April 8, 2014 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 of the separate sheet Nos. 42415 on May 1, 2014.

F. As to each of the real estate listed in attached Tables 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 18 of the Schedule 1, the receipt of the Seocheon Registry of Incheon District Court on April 8, 2014 by the Defendant B as the receipt of the Seocheon Registry of the Incheon District Court on May 1, 2014.
