Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2013, the Defendant, at around 19:45, destroyed the front number plate and this net of the vehicle owned by the victim by the method of cutting off the front number plate of the vehicle owned by the victim and then damaged its utility in order to make it more than 40,000 won in the estimate of repair cost by cutting off the front number plate and the net board of the vehicle owned by the victim by cutting off the front number plate of the vehicle under the victim D (58 years of age) which was driven in the direction of the new forest street by drinking on the front line of the “C coffee store” in the front line of the road in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
