The Defendant is a rocketing taxi driver, and the victim C(20 years of age) is a taxi passenger operated by the Defendant.

On November 24, 2018, at around 06:30, the Defendant arrived before the discharge from active service located in Busan-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, which is the destination of the victim, and the victim passed through another place. On the other hand, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the following grounds: (a) the victim's shoulder was tightly tightly, and the victim's shoulder was tightly pushed up twice by hand; and (b) the victim's shoulder was tightly pushed up twice by hand.
