A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:20 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant was driving a vehicle with a 3km alcohol concentration of 0.096% under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around the restaurant located in the middle-gu Suwon-dong, Daegu-gu to the front of the Newcheon-gu 3 Public Security Center located in the Newcheon-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-do.

There was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service in a manner that well sees the right and the left.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and stopped on three-lanes prior to mashing, while driving by the victim C (the 64-year old-old taxi) who was parked on the three-lanes prior to mashing, brought about the victim C with the right side of the Defendant’s passenger car, resulting in injury to brain-dead sugar, which requires approximately three-day medical treatment, and escape without taking necessary measures for traffic accidents, such as providing relief to the victim, by immediately stopping the said taxi.
