Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:10 on March 3, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at a 0.125% alcohol level, was driving B rac vehicles within approximately 2 kilometers from the gallon road located in the BU club located in the middle-gu Samdong, Daegu to the gallon road located in the application Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a rash car.
