Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2016, the Defendant destroyed by removing, concealing, etc. the document of the F Residents (Joint) Representative Meeting Management Regulations (hereinafter “Management Regulations”) posted on the bulletin board at the entrance of the Busan Northern-gu apartment C, Busan-gu, the Defendant destroyed its utility by removing, concealing, etc., the victim D residents (Joint Representatives) representative meeting (Representative E, etc.) posted on the bulletin board.

2. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant, at the 1st floor of the above apartment G G, destroyed and damaged each “the 17th unit public notice of the convening schedule of the representative of the council of occupants’ representatives” posted on the bulletin board column No. 10, and “the 17th unit public notice of the election commission” posted on the bulletin board column No. 9, which was posted on the bulletin board, by removing and destroying each “the 17th unit public notice of the election commission” and “the 17th election commission notice” posted on the bulletin board No. 10 page and each document posted on the bulletin board column No. 9. of the 17th unit public notice of the election commission of the representative of the council of occupants’ representatives.

3. At around 17:26 on December 28, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with I, destroyed and damaged each of the “the retroactive public notice of the 17th election commission of the said representative of the council of occupants’ representatives” posted on the bulletin board column No. 10 and “the 17th election commission of the said representative” posted on the bulletin board column No. 9, in collusion with I, who is the Defendant’s wife, by removing and destroying each of the “the 17th election commission of the said apartment type No. 17th election commission” posted on the bulletin board column No. 3, and the “the 17th election commission of the said representative of the council of occupants’ representatives” posted on the bulletin board No. 2.
