1. The Defendant stated “information to be disclosed” in the attached Table 1 dated February 12, 2015 against the Plaintiff, respectively.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 28, 2014, the Defendant announced a public announcement of tender to select a transport business entity with respect to village buses No. 18 Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Metropolitan Government Mapo-gu 2014-1092) on November 28, 2014 (No. 2014-1092). The Plaintiff, the UP transportation corporation, and the Tri-do transportation corporation submitted a written request to participate in the tender

(hereinafter referred to as "competitive company" is omitted, and the defendant shall hold a meeting of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Committee for Coordination of Bus Routes (hereinafter referred to as the "Selection Committee") on January 26, 2015 to select the above trucking business operator on January 26, 2015.

On January 27, 2015, on the basis of the results of the above conference, the Plaintiff was selected as a priority negotiation subject, the Plaintiff’s subordinate priority negotiation subject, and the sub-party’s subordinate priority negotiation subject, respectively (hereinafter “decision on the selection of a priority negotiation subject”).

(4) On February 16, 2015, the Defendant selected unbold transportation as a trucking business operator, and issued a village bus transport business license No. 18 of the Mapo-gu to the unbold transportation.

(A) On February 4, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the disclosure of each information described in the column of claim of the First List and the voluntary disclosure column.

B) On February 12, 2015, the Defendant disclosed each information described in the aforementioned voluntary disclosure column to the Plaintiff, but the Plaintiff confirmed that the non-disclosure of each information described in the column for the claim was designated as the priority negotiation subject to the instant project according to the Defendant’s disclosure of the above part of the information, and filed a claim against the Defendant on March 17, 2015 for the disclosure of each information described in the second list against the Defendant. (B) On March 27, 2015, the Defendant made a non-disclosure decision with respect to each information described in the second list.
