Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 17, 2017, while the Defendant driven the GTS car owned by the Defendant, the Defendant was faced with an accident that partly damages the parts of the typ, wheelchairs, and the body of the said vehicle due to a V away from the underground streets located in the Hannam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in the temporary opening of the car by D Co., Ltd.
B. Around that time, D Co., Ltd. received insurance accidents against E Co., Ltd., an insurance company that it joined.
C. Around that time, the Defendant: (a) entered the said vehicle into G located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and was entrusted with repair; (b) on July 27, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant leased and used the said vehicle H-D8 vehicle from the Plaintiff operating the automobile rental business, etc.; (c) on July 30, 2017, changed the vehicle to Iland B, and used it on August 15:30, 2017; and (b) on August 7, 2017, the Defendant returned it to the Plaintiff at around 19:30, the Plaintiff returned it to the Plaintiff on August 16, 2017, and returned it to the Plaintiff on August 23:10, 2017; and (c) on August 23, 2017, the Plaintiff returned it to the Plaintiff on August 23, 2017.
(A) Each of the above automobiles used by the Defendant for rent is higher than GTS 981. The specifications of each of the above automobiles leased by the Defendant are not known, but the Defendant acknowledges that all the engine displacement of each of the above automobiles is higher than GTS 981, 520cc. 520cc. 350cc. 350cc. (the Defendant’s preparatory brief dated September 30, 2019.)

The standard rental fees for the Park TS vehicle to be applied by the Plaintiff are set forth in the following table:
