Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) set up a car in the Sungsan-gu B at Changwon-si around 22:41 on May 14, 2017; (b) brought about a dispute with the victim D (the age of 27) with a car in front of C, and the victim brought the car in the car.

피고인은 다시 차에 타라는 피고인의 요구를 피해 자가 무시하였다는 이유로 승용차에서 내려서는 피해자의 목을 팔로 감고 손으로 목을 잡아 강제로 승용차의 뒤 좌석에 태운 후 창원시 성산 구 중앙동 창원종합 운동장 보조 경기장을 경유하여 창원시 성산구 E에 있는 F 편의점 앞에 이를 때까지 피해자가 내려 달라고 요구하였음에도 피해자를 윽박지르며 약 4km 가량 승용차를 운행하며 피해 자가 차량에서 내리지 못하도록 함으로서 약 25 분간 피해자를 감금하였다.

Until now, the defendant has committed a second offense without being aware of the past having been punished several times due to other violent crimes.

However, the defendant reflects his fault in depth.

After confinement, it seems that it did not exercise any particular violence, and voluntarily suspended the crime, which was committed by interested parties with a dynasty dispute with the victim.

The victim does not want the punishment of the defendant.
