A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. The Defendant: (a) collected money with a son B, a son B; and (b) conspired to divide the purchase of the hemp by exchanging the money with a bitco (online virtual currency).

A. On March 26, 2015, according to each of the descriptions in B of the police interrogation protocol (Evidence No. 214 pages of the evidence record), a copy of the police interrogation protocol (Evidence No. 234 pages of the evidence record) against the Defendant, and B’s non-coin transaction protocol (Evidence No. 430-431 of the evidence record) via D, the Defendant’s correction ex officio is made as above, since it is apparent that “ March 26, 2014” as written in the indictment is erroneous.

In the vicinity of the Seoul Southern Terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, enz. 292, Eul paid approximately KRW 400,000 to non-sponser (one "C") via Internet non-sponser D, a transaction site of the Internet, and ordered approximately 10,000 won of marijuana, and received approximately 10g of 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

B. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant paid approximately KRW 400,000 to the person who was unable to use his name in the same manner at the same place as the above paragraph (a) and received approximately 10,000 g of marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, purchased approximately 20g of marijuana through two occasions.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant, along with B on May 21, 2015, posted a tobacco paper with the tobacco leaves and smoked in a way that a tobacco paper for tobacco use is cut off.

B. On May 23, 2015, at around 17:00 to 19:00 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant smoked in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) at the Defendant and I’s residence in Mapo-gu Seoul, 201, and at the Defendant and I’s residence.

The Defendant, together with I and J, is at the music practice room located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M around 21:00 to 22:00.
