Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a driver of a passenger vehicle C i30 vehicle.

On August 31, 2013, at around 23:42, the Defendant driven the said vehicle during the suspension period of a driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 100 meters from the alley road with a large flow of alcohol in Gumi-si to the roads in front of Gumi-si Community Credit Cooperatives in Gumi-si.

2.
