1. The Defendant’s corrective order as indicated in the attached Form No. 2014-070, which was issued against the Plaintiff on April 10, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts recognized;
A. On December 30, 201, the status of the Plaintiff et al., the Plaintiff et al. merged the net corporation and the Koambbnb Co., Ltd. with a absorption on December 30, 201, and changed the name of the corporation to the Plaintiff.
A corporation and Switzerland Construction (hereinafter “Scco Construction,” and the name of another company for convenience omitted the indication of “stock company”) and a business entity under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”) is a company engaging in construction business, and a business entity under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”).
(b) 3 Daegu Urban Railroad lines are those which the Daegu Urban Railroad Headquarters has promoted and ordered to resolve traffic accidents caused by large-scale housing site development projects, to build the urban railroad system linked with the existing subway 1 and 2 lines, and to promote balanced regional development in accordance with the promotion of regional development.
This is a large-scale project that is to be built as an urban street for the first time in Korea, and a project that installs approximately 30 stops on the route of 23.95 km in length to connect Lering and water.
The construction site: The construction site location: the alternative bid (part alternative), weight standard method (75% design score, price score 25%): 116,851,000,000 won construction period: 1,825 days from the commencement date of construction: 1,825 days from the commencement date of construction; 100 days from the date of site site site preparation; 100 days from the commencement date of construction; 2.
