1. Defendant A

A. On September 24, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by this court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on September 24, 2008, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on August 8, 2012.

On July 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was a person who violated the Road Traffic Act by drinking two or more times; and (b) was driving a motor vehicle in the D Spart area under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.068% from around 4km to the front road of the Gangseo-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, Singu, Seoul, to the river in front of the Gangseo-gu, Jindo, Singu, Singu, Singu.

B.
