A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:40 on July 13, 2013, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 80 meters alcohol concentration from the section of approximately 00 meters, under the influence of alcohol content 0.09%, to the front day of the Dagwon-Eup, Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, to the road in front of the Dagwon road located in the same Ri, while driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the defendant was driving at the same time, while driving without a license.

2. On July 13, 2013, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document: (a) was controlled by drunk driving on the roads of the Multilateral Dog-Eup, Daegu-gun, Daegu-si; and (b) was demanded by C to present an identification card from a police officer who belongs to the Daegu-gu Police Station, while driving under influence on the roads of the Multilateral Dog-Eup.

The defendant presented D's driver's license, a public document under the name of the director of the Daegu Provincial Police Agency, as if he was the defendant's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant denied official documents.

3. The Defendant forged private document; the time and place mentioned in paragraph (2); the police officer C, who belongs to the Daegu District Police Station, stated in the Statement on the Statement on the State Drivers' Status, that “D” was required to sign the Defendant after stating the blood alcohol concentration of 0.09% and the name and resident registration number of D; and then, issued the written Statement on the State Drivers' Status to the above C as if it was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged the report on the actual state of the driver, who is a private document related to the certification of fact, and exercised it.

4. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant’s use of a private signature, counterfeited, or falsified investigation or signature was controlled by misappropriation of D’s personal information at the Daegu achieved Police Station’s Security and Traffic Investigation Team’s office located in Daegu-si, Daegu-gu, 321-1 around 20:10.
