1. At around 23:55 on January 3, 2020, Defendant B asked Defendant B to make a false confession to the effect that “A, who was on the top of the steering line of the foregoing vehicle, is the third level of drunk driving, is the third level of open driving, and is likely to have been driven under the influence of alcohol, with three protective walls installed on the back of the building E-dong in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si. A, upon receipt of the above request on January 4, 2020, stated that the defendant was driving the above vehicle to the officer of the vibration police station of Mapo-gu Police Station who investigated drinking driving and traffic accidents, and conducted a drinking test.

As a result, the defendant instigated the defendant who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment against A to escape.
