A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of 600,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2020, at around 01:15, the Defendant filed a false report to the effect that, in front of the C Union located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant filed a false report to the effect that, despite the absence of criminal facts such as actual preparation of murder, the Defendant’s mobile phone to the effect that, “I would see that I would die, and I would see that I would see that I would have come to know.”

2. Performance of official duties;

A. At the above place at around 01:25 the above day, the Defendant: (a) stated that, at the above place, the Defendant was asked questions from E of the police station located in the Daegu Eastern Police Station D District, which was dispatched to the site after receiving the Defendant’s above 112 report; (b) stated that “the Defendant would die of a person, means the patrol vehicle, and the Defendant would go to the patrol lane at the house located in the place near the F market, and reached the patrol lane.” (c) stated that “The F market will go to the crosswalk only, and if you go to the crosswalk, I will go to the road, I will go to the front; and (d) took the above circumstances into account, all families of the packers, who will die in knife at the seat of the feat, and repeatedly threaten the above three times.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

B. At around 01:45 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested and brought in as a flagrant offender of the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties for the foregoing reasons within the Seoul East-gu Police Station D District District District, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant again threatened with the foregoing circumstances E, stating, “I am out of clothes even if I am dead of his family without his family.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the custody of the police officer in the act of committing the crime.
