Criminal facts

The defendant was the victim C(Y, 4 years of age) who lives in the love book of the house, and the mother of the victim was released, and the father of the victim was the deaf company, and the father of the victim showed TV or smartphone video image to the victim in the defendant's room, and there was a lot of time for the victim to do so.

1. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape with Minors under the age of 13) displayed a cartoon screen image with a smartphone to the victim in the room of the Defendant located in Daegu-gun D around September 19, 2015.
