A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 2014, the Defendant came to know through the Victim C (V, 16 years of age) and mobile phone display cases.

On December 2014, the Defendant found the victim's temporary location due to domestic violence, and proposed and recommended the victim to leave his/her residence together with the victim's sexual traffic and to reduce his/her living expenses.
