A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange any act of purchasing sex of a child or juvenile or provide intermediary information in an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, on May 8, 2016, the defendant sent to the Internet game and opened the Internet game (hereinafter referred to as 17 years of age) to the juvenile who became aware of, and used to arrange the purchase of sex of the above D and to receive the price from the purchase of sex, using the circumstance that D (the age of 17) remains in the defendant's home.

On May 9, 2016, the Defendant opened a crypt in the name of “G” by accessing the Defendant’s mobile phone in the Defendant’s residence located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-building 303, and opened a crypt in the name of “G”, and advertised the Defendant’s “propy” by inserting words “H” and “I” following setting the Defendant’s age as “19 years of age”.

Around May 9, 2016, the Defendant stated that “50,000 won shall be sold in lots to women aged 19,00,000,” and solicited the J to purchase the above D’s sex by sending pictures, etc. taken of the sex-related pages of the Defendant and the above D, etc., and ordered the J to receive KRW 400,000 from the J, and introduced the said D to go to a L hotel located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and received KRW 150,00 from the J.

Accordingly, the defendant provided brokerage information in the information and communications network, and assisted the purchase of sex by children and juveniles.
