Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BK7 vehicles in violation of the Road Traffic Act (not after an accident);

On August 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 01:50, and changed the course to a three-lane in order to transfer the two-lanes from the 2-lane Dopppp of Gyeonggi-si to the Dopppppher of Pyeongtaek-si.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle in a safe manner by checking well the front sides and the left well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and instead changed the course to a three-lane, and caused the Defendant to go on the left side of the victim D(62 tax) who stopped in order to get passengers on the three-lane, the part on the left side of the victim D(62 tax) driving, which was parked, to the right side of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing such duties, did not immediately stop the said taxi to the extent of 674,771 won, such as pentum pentums, and did not take necessary measures, and escaped from the scene of the accident.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. that violates road traffic Acts shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by committing any act, such as a violation of signal or direction, median line, speed violation, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing any one act;

After causing a traffic accident, such as the date, time, place, etc. mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant committed a violation of signal three times in total, while escaping at a speed exceeding 100km at a speed, and committed a single central line, etc.
