1. The Defendant’s KRW 84,615,770 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from April 2, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs transportation business, etc.

B. On March 14, 2018, the Army B unit affiliated with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant unit”) was prepared as “service period/service place: /Seoul, Sports,” and “budget (including various costs and added taxes): 585,519,270 won (unit price: 474 won) per one day (474 won) x the number of school meals per day (4,679) x the number of school meals per day (4,679), “the number of school meals may vary between the performance of services”, “the method of determining successful bidders: two-stage competitive contracts (the price of technology simultaneously),” and “specifications 85 points or more as a result of the evaluation of proposals,” and “the lowest bid price (hereinafter “tender price”) as an eligible person” as the result of the evaluation of the tender.

C. On April 14, 2018, based on the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party (hereinafter “State Contract Act”), the Plaintiff participated in the instant bidding and was selected as a successful bidder, and entered into a service contract with the contract amount of KRW 486,581,00, contract amount of KRW 72,987,150, contract deposit, contract period of KRW 72,987,150, and December 31, 2018 (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

C. From Apr. 2018 to Dec. 2, 2018, the Plaintiff performed the above service and received KRW 401,965,230 from the Defendant.
