Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked at the road and road management team of Seoul D office from September 9, 201 to July 18, 2016.

The Defendant, as a supervisor of road maintenance and repair works (annual unit price) within the jurisdiction of 2014 to 2017, was in charge of supervising and supervising the successful bidder in accordance with the design documents, specifications, and work instruction standards, and whether there is no illegal subcontracting or no illegal lending construction is performed.

The Defendant was aware that a company that exclusively performed road maintenance and repair works and road excavation and maintenance works ordered by a specific Gu office in Seoul located in the Gu office (hereinafter referred to as "company within the jurisdiction") while working in the Gu office, and in the case of construction works ordered by the Gu office, the Defendant was performing construction works in the name of the awarded company in F, a company within the jurisdiction of the Gu office.

Since the Defendant discovered that “the annual unit price for road maintenance and repair works (the annual unit price)” ordered by the Gu office in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office”) was executed by using the name of G Co., Ltd., a successful bidder, in the name of F, the Defendant took necessary measures, such as accusation and restriction on bidding to prevent recurrence.

Despite the need to take any action, the court did not take any action with the implied consent.

In addition, from around that time to March 9, 2017, the Defendant did not take any measures with respect to road maintenance and repair works within the jurisdiction of the Gu Office as indicated in the list of crimes attached hereto, even though F Co., Ltd. knew of the fact that construction works are performed by using the name of the successful bidder, and did not abandon his duties without good cause.
