1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or the injury).

On September 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.070% in the blood at the intersection of 2435 Sucheon-si, Mancheon-si, 21:40, the Defendant moved the vehicle to the direction of the government in the direction of the mouth of Mondo.

A person engaged in driving service shall not drive under the influence of alcohol, and he/she has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safelypassing without impeding the course of a straight-on vehicle at the time of the right-hand.
