Defendant
A and B shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
The defendants are the defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who transports livestock using cargo vehicles, and Defendant B is a person who sells meat in the name of the E livestock direct market in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
1. The slaughter, treatment, collection, processing, packing, and storage of livestock products of defendants A and B shall be conducted at a place of work for which permission has been obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor, and no livestock product that does not meet the standards for slaughter, treatment, collection, etc. of livestock shall be sold, nor stored, transported, or displayed for sale;
A. On July 29, 2016, around 16:00 on July 29, 2016, Defendant A’s F, G, and joint criminal act F were committed with one another at one’s own farm located in Kim Jong-si, with the intent to illegally slaughter, and upon having requested G to dispose of the dead cancer, Defendant A was committed with the intent to illegally slaughter the dead cancer, and Defendant A was committed with the said I farm.
Defendant
A, at around 19:00 on the same day with G, dismantled by using the knives, knicks, etc. brought about for dismantling operations, and dismantled with G by means of 18 minutes, such as legs, spine, head, etc.
As a result, Defendant A conspired with F and G, and the Mayor/Do governor did not obtain permission.
B. At around 23:00 on the same day, Defendant B transported one of the above rocks using J cooling tower for the purpose of selling one of the dead cancer which was dismantled as set forth in paragraph 1(a) from the I farm to the E livestock direct sales market operated by Defendant B.
Accordingly, the Defendant sold or transported livestock products that do not meet the standards for slaughter, treatment, and collection of livestock for sale.
2. Defendant C
A. On July 30, 2016, the Defendant destroyed special property by-products, such as internal organs, etc. generated by illegally slaughtering the dead cancer, like paragraph 1(a), when it came to the house of the victim L in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
