A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2017, the Defendant stated to the effect that “E for the operation of the Victim D in Mayang-si Co., Ltd.” was “E” at around 02:00 on June 17, 2017, the Defendant stated to the effect that “the Defendant would drink with alcohol and alcohol, and would cause women to do so.”

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to acquire the property equivalent to 2.10,000 won, and acquired the property profit equivalent to 1.20,000 won.

2. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant stated to the effect that “G” entertainment stations located in 20:00 p.m., 1656 of the 2017 Gocheon-si stated to the effect that “G” would have paid the normal drinking value to the victim H, a business owner, as if he would have paid the normal drinking value.”

However, since the defendant did not have a available credit card or cash, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he received the payment from the injured party.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and was provided with 20,000 won in total and 600,000 won in the market price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim.

3. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 1801,” issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the Defendant would pay the normal drinking value to the Victim K, a business owner, at “J” located in Macheon-si, Mancheon-si, Mancheon-si.

However, since the defendant did not have a available credit card or cash, he/she must pay alcohol and know from the victim.
