1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

D and E, from May 17, 2014 to May 21, 2014, operated the G Gameland located in the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon: (a) installed 80 games in the open-to-door game machine, a e-mail electronic machine not classified by the Game Management Committee; (b) provided it to many unspecified customers; (c) allowed customers to input KRW 10,000 won in the game machine; and (d) exchanged the remaining points after deducting 10% from the acquired points as commission.

1. The Defendant, from May 17, 2014 to February 21 of the same month, comprehensively oversees the management of the game room in the said “G Gameland” and, at the same time, settled the sales of the game room every day and had H, an employee, report the result to D and E through mobile phone text messages, telephone contact, etc., and brought profits to D and E in cash.

As a result, the Defendant provided D and E with a game product not classified by the Game Management Committee for the use of the game product, thereby allowing the Defendant to perform speculative acts, and at the same time aiding and abetting the Defendant to perform speculative acts by using a speculative electronic machine.

2. Defendant B, while working as an employee at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), was aware that the said game room unemployment owner provided a game machine that did not receive a rating as above, managed other employees in the game room, and aided and abetted them by preventing customers who frighten in the game, and by controlling their entry and exit.

3. Defendant C, who served as an employee from May 20, 2014 to February 21, 201, provided the said game machine with which the said game machine was not classified as above.
